Ola Cabs - Not off to a good start.

Post by Unicorn » Wed Feb 07, 2018 10:34 pm

Hi guys,

I just registered as a driver with Ola in Melbourne.

My application was successful, and they emailed saying they will send me the link to download the driver's application to get started.

A day later and I get this email:
You're almost there.

Thank you for registering your interest to become an Ola driver-partner.

We would like to invite you to an exclusive driver-partner event to hear from you personally over free coffee and tea.

What's more? Sign up at the event and get a free car wash!

You'll need to bring the following documents to sign up:

• WA driver's licence including F or T extension
• Proof of ID (birth or citizenship certificate, passport)
• Vehicle insurance
• 3F motor insurance
• Omnibus/Charter vehicle licence
• Payment information (Bank account details, ABN)

Do you want to hear more about Ola? If so, come join us tomorrow morning at Geowash, 4 Parkland Road, Osborne Park between 10am and 12pm.

You will have the opportunity to chat with our friendly team who can assist you with your application and answer any questions that you may have.

We look forward to meeting you.

Best wishes,

Operations Manager, Ola
Problem is I don't have a WA driver's licence, nor do I live anywhere near Osborne Park.

Not off to a good start with Ola. Hopefully things improve from here.

Cheers
