Where is the Uber Surge?

Peak hour in Melbourne and no signs of any Surge... far too many Uber Ants on the road these days.
Small surges appear then get squashed by the hungry ants....
I don't know how anyone can make a living working base rates stuck in peak hour traffic! :roll:

Friday night and barely any Surge in Melbourne tonight. I'm off to bed.
